  The Purpose of an H&I Meeting is to carry the NA Message of recovery to addicts who do not have access to regular NA Meetings.

Area service Committee is a local service structure of trusted servants for the Berkshire count Area of Narcotics Anonymous.  Area is attended by Group Service representatives as well as sitting committee members.  Area is open to everyone however voting rights are limited to GSR'S.
